The Atlantic Ocean rift, the line where the NA and Eurasian plates part, doesn’t reach anything at the north end. It just sort of stops where the Asian continental shelf drops off in the Arctic with some but much reduced geological activity beyond. A nebulous boundary extends down to the Kamchatka peninsula. The eastern tip of Russia is on the NA plate.
